Training
According to the career path of employees, the training is categorized into four types: orientation training, onboard training, professional training, and managerial training.
Orientation training: It is the training for new employees to help them grasp a full view of the company, understand and comprehend our corporate culture, and master the basic business flow and codes of conduct before joining us.
Onboard training: After the orientation training is finished, we will train new employees on their position-specific skills, procedures, and rules to help them quickly adapt themselves to the requirements of their positions.
Professional training: It is a kind of guidance for employees at different levels to improve their professional skills and position competency based on the occupational standards, occupational qualifications, and occupational titles.
Managerial training: It is the training for leaders at all levels to improve their leadership, with an aim to help leaders build up a correct sense of leadership and improve their managerial skills and methods required for proving their competency.
Development
Based on the concept of “boosting employees to succeed”, in order to constantly improve the competency of employees and promote their occupational development, we have launched a series of development measures for employees. They are mentoring/master system: A mentor aims at developing new employees to maturity while a master aims at tutoring new employees in the initial stage.
Diversified growth opportunities: Positions in the company are shifted, rotated, and vied for, helping employees to gain the knowledge, skills and experience required for occupational development.
