Pay
We have established a pay administration system based on position value, which is fair among all employees and competitive among peers, specified as follows:

Monthly pay
We have established a broad pay system to offer space of pay increment for employees at different positions and levels.

Annual pay adjustment
We have established a pay adjustment mechanism. Salaries of employees will be adjusted based on their annual assessment.

Year-end bonus
We provide year-end bonus for employees based on their assessment results and our performance.

Benefits
We provide endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance (including the coverage of major diseases), maternity insurance, work injury insurance, and housing provident fund for employees;

Employees are entitled to all national statutory holidays;
Employees are entitled to paid vacations based on their years of service according to national regulations.
